We are looking for a tidy and clean housemate in our lovely house share in St Johns, close to the City.

The location is fantastic, the property is detached and 20 mins walk to the City centre or 10 mins drive, on bus route into City centre and close to by-pass to Malvern.

The room is a pleasant double room for single occupancy on first floor at the rear of the property. The room shares a bathroom with a male tenant. There is a large fitted kitchen and gas central heating throughout. The room benefits from a double divan bed and mattress with a wardrobe/drawers, desk space and chair. Also provided are pots, pans, microwaves, kettles, toaster, plates, glasses, cups, knives and forks, all included in the price.
Every room has its own Digital TV point installed.

All bills are inclusive of gas, water, electric, fast broadband and Council Tax.

The fitted kitchen boasts all the mod cons with 2 cookers, 2 fridge freezers and 2 microwaves. You are allocated your own cupboard space. Outside is a lovely private patio area with table and chairs. There is also a shed for tenants' use. There is a rotary outside line plus indoor clothes horses. Two washing machines.

The house benefits from its own cleaner and the communal rooms will be cleaned regularly at no extra cost.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS. You will need to be in full-time employment to apply for a tenancy at this property. Not suitable for people having weekend access to their children. Shift workers by agreement.
