Large double room

This can come furnished or unfurnished depending on whether you have your own furniture just let me know. It’s a good size double bedroom. It’s only me living there and I’m only looking for one housemate. The house itself has a kitchen, off-kitchen conservatory, large living room area, off living room conservatory, downstairs toilet, 2 double bedrooms, main bathroom (toilet, bath, walk in shower) and a small room that is an office space which I usually only use when I work from home once in every 8 weeks so you are welcome to use it most of the time.
