Spacious Room in New 4 Bed House with Garden & Gym

We're looking for someone to join our house!
I'm a live-in landlord but am only at home a week per month.
My brother and his girlfriend live there on the top floor, which has an en-suite, meaning the bathroom on the 1st floor would be almost entirely yours alone. We have a small Pomeranian who is very friendly :)

We're looking for someone ideally over the age of 25, a professional with interests other than just going out. We're all interested in various sports and would ideally find someone similar.

About the room:
- Furnished with double bed, bedside table, clothes rail, shelving units.
- Happy to buy some extra furniture if required, I'm just replacing some furniture in there to have a starting point for a new occupier
- Bath/shower bathroom almost exclusively for your own use (I am in the house about 5 days a month)
- Bills included

The house:
- Shared kitchen & dining room, living room, downstairs toilet.
- Gym room with squat rack, olympic bars and bench (you’re welcome to use)
- Spacious garden.
- Driveway and on-street parking

The housemates:
- Kuba & Sonya are a couple and share the top floor bedroom with their own en-suite.
- I (Michal) split my time living elsewhere, I’m only in the house 1 week a month.
- Kuba & Sonya have a small dog (Pomeranian) he’s super cute and very chill.

About you:
- Looking for a professional who ideally doesn’t work from home (a couple days a week ok)
- Would be keen to find out more about you as I prefer to have housemates that can all get on and create a nice living atmosphere. Do include some info about you in your message :)
