Beautiful Double Room in an Exclusive Penthouse in Ripponden, West Yorkshire.

The apartment is close to junction 22 of the M62 for easy travel to and from Manchester and Leeds.

There is a beautiful shared living space and kitchen.

The room is available, preferably Mon - Friday. I am generally home from Thursday to Sunday, so you will have the apartment to yourself for most of the week.

During the winter there will be an increase in the rent to compensate for winter bills.

For couples occupancy, there is a £25 p/w supplement for the extra person.

Ripponden is a fantastic place to live with artisan bakers, (next door!) Amazing restaurants and bars plus wonderful walks in the Pennine Hills.
