I am looking for a new flatmate to take up tenancy from the 26th of August 2024 as my current flatmate is moving out.
Profile — I’m a clean and considerate housemate who understands the importance of personal space. Otherwise, I’m quite a social guy who lives an active lifestyle.
Flat — The flat is situated on the 7th floor of Magellan House, overlooking the length of the dock.
Room — A fully furnished double room with en suite and view over the docks.
Disclaimer — We are currently undergoing cladding works at Magellan House, which looks like it could take around 9-12 months to complete. During this time there will be limited access to the balcony and a possible obstruction of the view. Because of this, the landlord has reduced the rent from the usual £650 (bills not included) to £525 a month each. Which is a very reasonable valuation, especially as it’s such a lovely area to live.
Please let me know if you’re interested, would be down for meeting people to gauge if we are compatible housemates. Also, just a heads up I'm away from 25th June - 7th July so may be a little slow getting back to you.
