Im looking for a friendly, clean and like minded housemate to share my home.

About my home:

I live in a 3 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms and one downstairs loo. The room for rent is on the third floor, with a large wardrobes, 1 chest of draws, under-bed storage a desk and chair. You would have your own bathroom en suite.

There is a lovely shared living room with large ultra HD TV, and modern kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a gas stove. I also have an espresso machine that you'd be welcome to use if you're also a coffee lover.

There is a small garden which I have been working on in lockdown and a lovely seating area at the top, fitted with a firepit and bbq which I love to use at any opportunity.

The house is about 10 minutes drive from the city centre, 10 minutes from LGI/St James and has great links to the motorways for those travelling further afar.
Parking is available on site.

The tenancy is negotiable- please feel free to ask.

About me:
I am a 29 year old junior doctor working shifts so i'm often away but when I am around I love walking, cycling, running and generally anything outdoors! My new favourite hobby is spending time in my much loved garden too!
