Single room available from 1st of july in our cottage home sharing with Jimmy and another lodger Connor, who is occupying another room.

EXCELLENT TRANSPORT LINKS TO M1 and M62, easy access to both LEEDS & WAKEFIELD and bus stop for 444 directly outside the house or a 10-minute walk to the 110 bus stop. Generous-size off-street parking facilities if required.

You get 3 dedicated cupboards all to yourself in the kitchen and a generous amount of space in the fridges and freezers as we have 2 of each.

The room is 350 per month on a rolling monthly contract. We require 1 month's notice before leaving.
