One double bedroom, shared bathroom with one other person, just off Kirkstall Road in Burley. 5 minute walk from Cardigan Fields, 20 min walk to Kirkstall retail park, 15 min bus into the city centre.

This room comes fully furnished.

Current tenant leaves at the end of June, I will be repainting the room and uploading photos then, however viewings can be arranged beforehand for anyone interested.

FRONT ROOM has a big tv with Netflix/prime/now/Disney… along with all live tv sports and cinema channels, as well as Xbox and PlayStation for anyone to use, 3 and 2 seater sofas, and dining table.

KITCHEN currently has washing machine and dryer in although we are refurbing the cellar somewhat, and they will be placed down there eventually. All pots, pans, cutlery available so no need to get your own.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

It is street parking, however there is always plenty available.
