Garden view double room in 3 bed house

Hi everyone! My name is Sicily (they/them). We have one room available in our house for a full tenancy (one year, August-August).

The room is a double room on the first floor of a 3-bedroom property located on the border of Burley and Kirkstall. It overlooks the garden, has a sunset view, and is furnished with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, shelves, a mirror, and a lockable door. The bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet and is shared with one other housemate.

Your housemates are Sicily (they/them), a PhD student at the University of Leeds. They are 27 and love cooking, football, and neo-soul music. Grace (they/them) is 29 and works for a charity, and also loves cooking, football and going to the cinema.

Good location—close (approximately 30 minutes walking) to both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, 10-15 minutes walk from a big Aldi, ASDA, and Morrisons, and also near the canal and some great gyms!

- Affordable bills (£70-90 per month depending on the time of year and recent increases). If a non-student, the Council tax band is B, with payment of this shared with Grace.
