Very large attic double bedroom in large house

Very large double bedroom in large three bedroom, two bathroom, one living room, one dining room house. I plan on getting a sofa for the dining room so there are two places to chill.

There is also a large back garden which is great when the weather is nice.

Room currently comes unfurnished I can get furnished if preferred (double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair). Couples welcome but would be +£175 a month extra.

House is occupied by just me but do have my boyfriend visit. I am also away overnight minimum one night a week due to working in London. Open to someone whose social or more introverted up to you.

There's plenty of space in the house so could be suited to someone who works from home alot/studies as well. The house is very close walk to Bourneville station, close to the high street and Aldi, so perfectly located!

I enjoy bars/pubs/going for a drink and having dinner parties and watching the Euro at home with friends which of course your welcome to join if you'd like but no pressure!
