We are looking for a fourth academic to join our house-share.

This is a double room in a house that is a 12 minute walk to the University of Birmingham and 14 mins to the QE Hospital.
This room has a double bed, large chest of drawers, a desk and chair. It's fresh and clean and is available for £538 pcm.
This house-share currently has three academics and all four of you will share the modern kitchen and comfortable lounge. There is a small back garden for sunbathing and relaxing.
As stated, this would suit working academics / post-grad students. The existing housemates are friendly, respectful and clean and we are looking for a similar fourth person to share with.
Excellent shops are just 2 minutes away, including Sainsbury's, M&S (and Poundland & Aldi - hurrah!)
