new desks if requested.

The house has a well-equipped modern shared kitchen/diner with fridge-freezer, a washing
machine, a dish washer a dining table and plenty of cupboard space.

There is a spacious, clean, bright and newly decorated shared bathroom with a full-sized bath,
integrated shower, sink, and WC.

The house features a drive with parking space for 1 car there is, however, street parking in front of the house

There is front lawn and maintenance free rear gardens.
