Need someone (must be an undergraduate or postgraduate) to replace me at my tenancy, can be from any university in Coventry (Coventry, Warwick etc). Cheaper then it is on the website, Gold Ensuite for £159 a week, plus no deposit necessary because you will just replace me. Tenancy length is 45 weeks from the 14th September 2024. Large Kitchen with 9 Other Flatmates all with there own room, house structure so everyone has their individual spaces.
