There is a large communal area with a big kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, etc... Washing machine and drier. The flat opens up into a big foyer area where all the rooms open out from. We have a large balcony, with fire pit.
We're two men 22 & 28 one student and one professional. Both very social, chilled people. We keep a clean house and the bathroom will be shared with only one of us as the master bedroom has an en suite.
Council Tax is £186, Internet £25, and monthly bills roughly £180 a month. All divided by 3.
