Hi,
I am looking for a student to take over my studio room in a 10 bed flat in seren student accommodation. I will be moving back home, I need someone to take over because the contract has already been signed and can’t be rescinded . Don’t worry about the deposit, I’ve got that sorted and you don’t have to pay me back.
