Double Room in Beautiful Large House in Whitnash

My housemate is moving out of her ensuite double bedroom. Our current contract ends 10th August so a move in date on or soon after this time would be ideal. The house is technically three bedrooms but I use the smallest room as a study, because I work from home a lot. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, dishwasher and oven/grill. There is already have a fridge, a microwave (my own) and a washer-dryer. There is parking for two cars one behind the other on the drive, though we sometimes park on the street for convenience. There is a pleasant garden and patio and a barbecue (perfect for the summer). Pictures are from the original listing. Furniture is a bit different but the house is in good order and has good fittings / furnishings. Viewing recommended. The property is council tax band D.
