This is a lovely area with a access to 2 highstreets close by with plenty of nice shops. It is close to town with easy bus access and a Metro station close by as well as 2 beautiful parks very close by.

We are looking for a professional who works 9-5 (sorry no working from home or students please), a tidy and considerate person to move into a friendly household with 3 other people.

The measurements of the room are:
4.9 meters x 3.6 meters and the ceiling is 3 meters high.
This is a large double room with French doors leading out to a balcony.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other lodger who is really friendly.

You will also be sharing a large kitchen with plenty of fridge space, with 3 people.
The kitchen is also the communal area.

There is parking available outside the property.

Wireless BT broadband is included.

A security deposit of one month's rent would be required and a reference for the last year of previous accommodation would be preferred.
