I have a spare room available in my spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in Gateshead Quays. It's located right next to the high level bridge and only a few minutes by foot into Newcastle and Quayside. There's a few small independent wine bars and pubs close by. Gateshead metro is a 7 minute walk with a large supermarket and cinema. This flat is very close to Newcastle - Central Station is only a 15 min walk.

Room is available for 7 day a week let or Monday to Friday let.

It's a big modern flat with balcony overlooking the trees, and the Tyne Bridge. Large kitchen and dining with built in fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

There are two bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom. The room includes a double bed, large wardrobe, small desk/shelf with views over the small woodland area. You are not overlooked by any neighbours

Rent includes all bills including council tax, electricity (fair usage) , broadband, water rates etc. Although any excessive use of electricity will be charged extra.

A little bit about me - I'm a Graphic Designer (37) and I work from home 4 days a week as a contractor. I don't drink and generally enjoy a quiet house. I usually meet up with my friends on the weekend and go to hot yoga and aqua aerobics several times a week. I'm looking for someone who is like minded and who enjoys a quiet peaceful house to come home to at the end of the day. Someone who is tidy and clean. No loud music or parties. The room would best suit someone working in the nearby hospitals or universities and/or relocating for a temporary post and/or mature students who mainly like to socialise outside of the house.
