Nice and Cosy Small Double Bedroom Gateshead

I am looking for an easy-going and clean flatmate for my property in Gateshead.

The apartment includes:

- 1 spacious and large bathroom(that will be shared between 2 housemates) and 1 ensuite(used by landlord)
- 1 separate toilet downstairs
- Kitchen
- Washing machine
- Living room
- Garden
- Unlimited broadband
- Parking in-front of house
- Lock with key on each bedroom for privacy

It includes a wardrobe, small double bed(ottoman bed) and mattress. There are two windows in the room, One large floor to ceiling window and a smaller one which lets in a lot of light :)

All Bills are Included: Energy(with reasonable usage), Gas, Water, Council Tax, Internet etc.

I am reasonably particular about cleanliness(clean up after yourself). I don't like a lot of noise nor do I want this place to be a party house.

There is a bus stop 1 minute from the house bus 53(8 mins to Newcastle city centre / Central Train Station) and bus 54 (10mins to Gateshead Interchange)
