Single room in a friendly and quiet house

A single room is available in a 4 bedroom house in West Croydon, about 8 mins walking from station (train & overground) and 20 mins walking from East Croydon station. All the shops and amenities are also at walking distance.

The house has 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub, a shared living room and a huge garden with a built in barbecue which we tried to enjoy as much as possible. All bills are included (electricity, gas, water, council tax) except for internet - 10£ per month. We are also considering the possibility of a weekly cleaning service (not currently included).

I am a 34 Italian professional, who enjoys a nice movie and a glass of wine, exhibitions, markets and gym. The other two housemates are a 32 years old Senegalese and a 45 years old Italian, both working in hospitality. We are a nice and friendly bunch, and although our schedules are quite different, we try to make some time for each other for the occasional coffee, dinner or drink.

We are looking for a clean and respectful buddy, someone who would care about the place and would like to be part of our community.
