Need someone to take over my tenancy ASAP

kitchen, fridge ,smart microwave, air fryer and laundrey machine(has dryer function too )

Just finishing university and wanting to move into a larger flat with friends. I wanted to terminate my contract via the break clause. The break clause notice needs to be given 2 months in advance so I'm urgently trying to find someone to take my remaining tenancy ( 3 months ) and if they enjoy the flat they could rent it out after the 3 months are over on the13th of sept. Pictures below are filled with my mess but will be professional cleaned and cleared before you move in. This property is more worth it if you work remote or work in Croydon area. There is a big tesco and Thornton heath station 10 min walk away but takes around 40-50 mins to reach central area (bank )
