A quiet and sunny large double bedroom is available from the 1st of August. It is in a 3 bedroom attached house with a living room, garden and a terrace. It comes furnished.
Rent for the room includes all bills, though there may be a small increase during winter depending on energy usage.

I work as a Sound Engineer freelancer, and my housemate is a Rope Access Technician.
We like the house to chill out, sometimes watch films when we share a meal and are very respectful and clean. I am very busy with my work and my housemate also likes Gaming but from time to time we also socialise and go to the pub or clubbing.
We did a new garden last summer which will be great to have a nice bbq in Summer.
