Available from the 10th July either the single or double en-suite room in my 10 year old gardened apartment.
I’m a live in landlord and welcome a person who I get along with and can share my home. All amenities and bills included. Lighting fast fibre optic brandband and full cable tv package. Purley oaks, Sanderstead & Purley train stations are all within minutes so a brilliant commuter zone. There’s also a bus stop practically within 50 seconds. The apartment is tucked away down a private passage so nice and quiet. 9 apartments in total and all professionally occupied (not a council block).
Ideally looking for a professional female. Due to bad past experiences I’m being fussy.
