Lovely flat share

A very clean and safe residential area. Room is one of two, with bathroom and kitchen to share with one other.

Bottom part of the house is elderly lady and top floor is where the room to rent is located . Spacious good sized room with big bathroom right across. Kitchen has all the basic white goods and cutlery/crockery.

I am very much particular on cleanliness and doing your share esp when you use kitchen /bathroom in particular. Absolutely NO overnight stays. People with unsociable hours/ work from home need not apply. This is a small space and consideration is key no banging doors, bathroom singing , stomping around, talking loudly and attitude! No substance use of any kind/or smoking allowed. 30 mins walk to Beckenham and trains to Charing X and good services to East Croydon/Victoria. Please message me if you interested.
