I have a good size and perfectly formed double room available to rent in a 3 bed modern and refurbished house in Morden.

The house has a shared large fully refurbished kitchen/sitting room, and 2 bathrooms. There's also a lovely private garden.

Transport links are good; Morden tram is nearby and the tube is approximately 5 minutes walk away. The area is peaceful and quiet but you can be in central London in 40 minutes door to door. If you have a car then you can buy a permit to park on the road outside.

Youd be sharing with 2 professional male aged 38and 40 who works full time in central London.

Im looking for a professional whose clean and tidy but still fun and whose not going to be throwing a party every weekend (I'm too old for that now!)

Rent is £750 per month including bills (except for landline phone)
