You don’t have to spend all your time stuck in your room, the house also benefits from a large shared living/dining room with large TV & Fast Broadband. Enjoy a glass of wine or TV dinners with the other easy-going & friendly housemates. The kitchen has everything you need with plenty of storage, fridge freezers & washer/dryer.

There’s a private rear garden with a large shed if you need to store your bike, garden furniture & a BBQ, a perfect space to enjoy the summer evenings & weekends.

Appleton Square is perfectly placed with everything on your doorstep. Merton Abbey Mills has lots of craft events, a lovely pub on the river, food outlets, and other quaint little shops.
