Hi, we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our 3-bedroom house in Colliers Wood.

The room is a big double bedroom with big windows and lots of natural lighting. It comes furnished with built in wardrobe. There's plenty storage space underneath the bed and our loft as well. The photos presented also show our living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The house has been recently refurbished with new carpets and furniture. You can use the common space freely, including our TV with Netflix. You can also use the dining table if you need a desktop space for work. If you have a bicycle, you can also keep this securely in our garden. The house is also secured with alarm and CCTV systems for safety.

The monthly rent is £875/month and the utility bills will be split among the housemates. Deposit and reference check required.

The flat has an excellent location with 12 mins walk to Colliers Wood underground station (Northern line); 12 mins walk to bus services (eg. 264, 270, 280 to Tooting, Earlsfield, Wandsworth, or 200 to Wimbledon). Tooting train station is nearby as well. It is also within 10 minutes walk to Tamden Centre where you can shop at Lidl, Starbucks, McDonald, Nando, Holland & Barrett, New Look, Next and TKMax. If you are a nature lover, there's a local park nearby, Morden Hall Park is also very accessible.

A few words about us. I'm 29 years old female and the other housemate is 30 years old male. We both work full time on weekdays. We are rather quiet at home and it is very much our space to relax and restore. We also do not smoke and we take good care of the house for a comfortable living space. We would appreciate a housemate who enjoys a nice chat but also values personal space.
