Double room to rent

My name is Charlie, I am a female and 28 years old.
I live in a flat Horley and I am looking for a flat mate to rent the other double bedroom in the property, this is with the landlord’s permission.
The rent is £750 a month which includes bills and a £375 (2 weeks) deposit is required with a 3 monthly rolling contract.
The room is fully furnished.
There is parking in the area, but it is for permit holders only, and £80 a year.
Horley train station is a 10 minute walk and I am also 15-20 minute walk from Gatwick airport. There is also a bus stop outside the flat.
Smokers are welcome, but no smoking in the property.
Just to note, I own a 1 year old female Patterdale terrier. She is a very bubbly and friendly dog.
Also since the pictures were taken of the flat, it has been refurbished with new grey carpets.
