We live in Bookham, with Leatherhead, Bookham and Effingham Junction stations 5-8 mins drive away and Bookham village high street 4 mins walk away. Leatherhead is Jct. 9 of the M25. We have two downstairs rooms devoted as lodger space - one as a bedroom, the other as a lounge/study. The rooms are 12'8" x 8'11" and 12' x 6'11". Both rooms are yours. The living room (larger) has a private ensuite shower room which backs onto the utility room (communal) with doors on to the kitchen and garden side entrance. Just the other side of the utility room is your double bedroom. Mirrored double wardrobes in both rooms so plenty of storage. We have a large kitchen/diner/lounge social area with bi-folding doors on to the patio and garden. There are parking spaces on the drive. All utilities/bills included.
