Short let garden room

Hi there
We have a temporary sunny room available from now until approx the end of August.
We have a lovely garden with some vegetables and salads. Short walk to east croydon station that has direct trains to central.
There are 3 pubs locally to spend weekend arvos or weekday music.
We are an inclusive household with open minds and are looking for someone the same.
The room has a comfortable fold out bed with slats that isn't set up in the photos
