A fab large double room has just opened up in our friendly flat-share. We're easy-going, sociable young working professionals, and we are looking for someone who we can get along with to join our flat.

First things first, the location is a total win-win. The flat is just a 15 minute stroll from East Croydon Station, and if you're feeling lazy, we're only a 2 minute walk away from Sandilands Tram Stop. The flat is on Outram Road, a wide, tree-lined street that's one of the nicest in the area. With Addiscombe and Croydon town centres nearby, you've got all the convenience of supermarkets, shops, bars, gyms, etc within a short walk.

All your bills are included even cleaning! So, no unexpected costs! We've even got a gardener to keep our green spaces looking tip-top. Our internet is blazingly fast at 1,000 MB, perfect for your work-from-home days or Netflix binges.

As for the room itself, it's very large and fully furnished with quality furnishings, as you can see in the photos. You'll have a comfy double bed with handy under-bed storage and a high-quality mattress, a spacious wardrobe, and a large designer desk. Plus, natural light floods in through a large window during the day and blackout blinds ensure you get a great sleep at night!

The flat has a modern kitchen with all the appliances you need, an eat-in area, a modern bathroom, and a separate WC for convenience. We've got a huge private walled garden – the ideal spot for summer BBQs and lazy Sunday afternoons.

We're a bunch of young professionals (2 pilots and 1 insurance professional) who appreciate keeping the place tidy but also enjoy going down to the pub every now and then.
