The apartment has underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and lots of cupboard space. There is a residents only on site gym and 24 hour conceirge. Option to pay for secure underground parking.

 
Rent is £887.50 per month excluding bills. Bills, internet and council tax come to approximately £280 per month. Council tax Band E. British Gas bill can vary depending on the time of year. Deposit is £600.

The apartment is well located, a 5 minute walk to West Croydon Station (trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, Clapham Junction, Balham, Shoreditch High Street, Sutton) and a 12 minute walk to East Croydon Station (direct trains to Clapham Junction, London Victoria, London Bridge, Gatwick Airport, St Pancras International, Brighton). Within walking distance, you will find plenty of popular high street shops, restaurants, bars and BOXPARK Croydon.

Current flatmate

You'll be sharing with a female professional who works from home a few days a week. The current flatmate is clean and friendly and likes to cook some evenings. She values her personal space, and is happy to give you personal space and privacy also.
