Hi, my name is Ria. I live in the apartment which is situated in Netherne on the Hill, Coulsdon, Surrey. The room is very spacious, with an ensuite and two double built-in wardrobes. Located 20 minutes drive to Gatwick Airport and 10 mins drive to Coulsdon South station.
The flat has a large living room, with tall windows that look onto the surrounding green. The living room is furnished. The flat has a large kitchen with all appliances. It is a very special apartment, in a quiet area, with older neighbours who are also very quiet.
I work full time, 2-3 days in the city and 2-3 at home. I am looking for someone who also works full time and is a single occupant.
The flat has a secure lobby entrance, roofed parking bay which is off road, access to gym and tennis courts - all included in the rental.
The room is available from July 2024. Rent: £800 per month + bills. Council tax band: F.
