Large double room with patio doors into garden for let from 1st July 2024. Due to HMO licence restrictions we are allowed a maximum of 2 persons per room. Single/double let £192/wk plus £26/wk share of all bills based on 3 month let. This is an international mixed shared house of hard working people who like to relax at home.

Facilities include wired/wireless 300Mbit fibre optic broadband, communal Smart TV, amplified TV signal to all rooms, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, fridges, freezers, microwave, 2 satellite connection points in all rooms with satellite dish pointing to Astra 2/Hotbird. You only need a decoder box.

Bills include broadband / council tax / water rates / cleaner / consumables / average gas/electric use.

Bagshot station is 3 mins walk, 1 stop to Ascot then Waterloo is approximately 55 minutes by train, 5 mins drive M3 J3 and 2 miles to Camberley town centre. There is free on street parking immediately outside the house.
