- Tesco is just a 5-minute walk away for all your grocery needs.
- Polmont train station is a 20-minute walk, or a quick 10-minute bike ride away – we have a spare bike you’re welcome to use!
- Trains to Stirling can be as quick as 20 minutes (£4.20 for a return ticket). If you’re heading to the university, it's about a 10-minute bike ride from Stirling station.
- The M9 motorway is only a 5-minute drive, making commuting easy.
- Glasgow and Edinburgh are just a 20-minute drive once on the motorway.

Living Arrangements:

You'll be sharing the flat with me and my current flatmate. However, I will be flying out to Australia on the 1st of September for a few months, so it will just be you and my flatmate during that period.
