Must like dogs as I have 2 small friendly ones. Due to quiet location it's not a party house, expect you to be respectful of neighbours. Parking space included. I vape so vaping allowed in house. But cigarettes must be smoked outside. Do not tolerate drug taking. I'm a friendly chattyperson who will make you feel welcome, also like my me time. Looking for clean Tidy respectful person to share my house with me. My current lodger leaves on 7th July. Viewing can be done after this time with room available from 15th July.
