New Houseshare Choice Of Rooms

Currently undergoing refurb, ready mid July.
Photos are of a previous project but accurately reflect finish in terms of paint, carpet and furniture will all be identical to the example photos.
I can do viewings prior to rooms being ready but please be aware it is a work in progress.

Rooms 1 to 3 are large and furnished with a double bed, bedside draws, wardrobe with mirror, chest of draws, desk, chair, lamp and bin.
Room 4 is a single.

All bills included with broadband and a cleaner for communal areas (not your rooms, only you have a key to them.)

There is a good sized kitchen with microwave and large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared lounge with table, chairs, couch and TV. Shared bathroom with good size shower. Courtyard garden and storage shed.

Great location close to Tesco supermarket, town center and Stafford Castle. Also local shops and takeaways nearby.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.
