Double Room Available - Incl. Cinema Room

Double room available from 1st July. Short 10 minute, flat walk to Uni of Sheffield, 15/20 min walk to Sheffield Hallam. All bills includes, NO DEPOSIT (I am willing to pay due to urgency of this). The house does include two parking spaces to the rear of the property on a private driveway. It has recently been renovated and has new furniture and decorations. There is a 70in TV in the cinema room, and another large wall-hanging TV in the living room/kitchen. This is an 11 bed house with 4 bathrooms, however everyone here has a pet peeve for keeping clean and tidy.

We are all first year students at Uni Of, studying courses from Social Sciences & Criminology/Law to Engineering and Philosophy. We all met in Millstone (Endcliffe) last year and are now moving in together for our second year. Everyone in this house is super friendly and talkative, with the majority going on a night out once/twice a week but also like study sessions with a cuppa.

Unfortunately, due to a sporting accident in March, I am having to remove myself from this tenancy due to surgery and will be unable to live in university accommodation while I undergo procedures related to my accident.

None students are able to live in this property, but council tax would then be applicable - Band B. Payments for this house are every three months.
