Tenancy Takeover for short term

Hi, I am moving out of my accomodation as I am relocating to different city. I am looking for a tenant to replace for remaining 2 months of my tenancy which is from 07th July 2024 to 06th September 2024. It is a ensuite room with approximately queen size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. It is all bills included. The kitchen is shared among other flatmates. Currently only 4-5 people are staying so kitchen is generally vacant.
The accomodation also has open area setup, cinema room, laundry room, study room, pool table, table tennis and gym.

Note- The tenancy cannot be extended.
