Double Room - Comfortable and newly renovated

Hello - We are looking for a new housemate :)

There are 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor, which would between them share the main bathroom. (I have the attic room and it has an en-suit).

All spaces are shared in the home, to include,

- stylish main bathroom with limestone floor, modern toilet and a walk in rain shower.
- spacious kitchen with induction range cooker, fridge freezer and double sink.
- large dining room with pine floor and glass garden doorway.
- large living room with pine floor, bay window, two sofas, armchairs and coffee table. .
- back garden (A work in progress - any green fingered people most welcome! ;)

I spent a lot of time renovating this Edwardian mid-terrace home myself and it is a really nice space to live in. It is a large house over three floors. It has very good insulation so will be warm over the winter. An ideal housemate would be someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space and the work that has gone in to renovating it.

I work shifts and may only be in a few nights a week. Also, my partner lives in Leeds so sometimes I spend weekends there and sometimes she comes here. I am sociable and relaxed, but I’m not out late every night and I’m looking for people that have a similar work and social outlook. I care about social and environmental issues so people with a similar passion for people and planet would be very welcome!

Homeworkers considered but with additional energy costs to factor in.
