Single room available in Hunters Bar

Single room available in a nicely presented 3 bedroom terraced house just off of Ecclesall road/ hunter bar roundabout.

The photos really don't do it justice! (Blame my poor photography skills) the rooms are bigger than they look on here so I really would say come see the house to get a better judge :)

The room available is a single second floor room - it comes with bed, wardrobe and desk. It can fit a double bed in though if you would prefer.

Bills aren't included but when spread out average around £125 each a month for everything (electricity, council tax, water, tv licence, good internet)

Parking is available on the street - permit required which can be bought, between 8am and 8.30pm (or pay for up to 4 hours) - however free parking is available up a street nearby also.

There's a shared shower room, living room and large kitchen, plus a large cellar for storage. Washing machine and usual kitchen appliances.

The house has a really nice cosy and homey feel to it and is in a perfect location situated in between sharrow vale road and ecclesall road so great for shops/bars/restaurants, and just a ten minute bus ride into the city centre.
The landlord is laid back and friendly, hence the rent being what it is!

You'd be living with two female professionals, one is a quantity surveyor who likes going to gigs and puz quizzes, and one works for a charity and likes swimming and crafts.

Looking for a new housemate who is friendly, clean and respectful, preferably a professional or mature student, who want a nice home to relax and have a natter and a brew in, go for walks/swims/trips or to the pub for food/drinks - but also enjoy their own time :)
