Quiet street, no parking problems.

The master bedroom of the house is available. The room has a bay window and is furnished with a bed, a desk and a quadruple mirrored wardrobe with hanging space and twelve drawers. If you want to add more of your own furniture that’s fine.

Creative household, in a vibrant, multicultural area. Very friendly street.

On the ground floor is the shared kitchen diner leading out to the terrace and garden. There is a bathroom on the ground floor. I use the former sitting room at the front as my bedroom. I bought the house a number of years ago as it is fitted out for disabled living, I have Parkinson’s.

There are four rooms upstairs, a single and a double bedroom and a store room. There is a bathroom for the sole use of lodgers.

The back garden has a shed for bikes, raised beds and good disabled access. If you’re a gardener you are doubly welcome.

The street is quiet and within easy walking distance of several shops. About a mile out of the city centre, with loads of buses and every taxi driver in Sheffield seems to live in the area. Abbeyfield Park is a two minute walk downhill, Parkwood Springs is two minutes uphill. Kelham Island is within easy walking distance down another steep hill although I'd recommend a bus or taxi on the way back, but you might be fitter than me.
