Thanks for your interest. A lot of the information I used to post here is with the photos. I will make a video as it may help ? Or not 😂 I will just lay it all out there so I’m not wasting anyone’s time and vice versa as it seems to be the norm these days, with everyone saying they don’t have time.

I only wish to have people who are genuine and decent folk. Who will are responsible, respectful, considerate and kind. I’ve usually have a good mix of characters to like to engage with others if they meet in a shared space. I think for now I would also only have those who work away from home as I’ve incurred extra costs, when I’m not home using anything. (Unless you wish to discuss an extra charge for this if you are desperate for a space - please ask). I am not here to cover anyone else’s costs but to make my own ends meet whilst providing a home for anyone who needs one.

Recently, due to unforeseen circumstances I have had a few people leave before their time was due. Therefore I feel I must reiterate and highlight that if you agree on a time frame and choose to go beforehand; this leaves me at a disadvantage: I would hope you would understand that the deposit is then forfeit.
I have a galley kitchen with the usual - cupboard space minimal. Please kindly bare that in mind, especially if travelling from abroad not to bring too many items. As this is a shared space, where all are encouraged to be respectful and kind to others. And keep all areas clean and tidy.
Especially the shared spaces living room , dining-room and bathroom. I would ask that if using my bedding that you launder everything regularly.. not wait till it crawls off the bed! Weirdly some don’t wash their bedding at all????

There are gardens at the front and back of the house, which you are welcome to use. Washing line in the back, to hang laundry out to dry if weather permits ha ha.

Bills are included but gratefully remind renters that this is a tricky time for us all, and would appreciate electrical items are unplugged when not in use and lights not left on etc :-). Common sense stuff. If you work from home then a daily charge will be made as I cannot afford to cover everyone, especially if I’m not using it!

Situated on a quiet cul de sac in Firth Park, Sheffield. Minutes away from Northern General Hospital, and easy access to transport to the town centre: Around 20mins via bus or less by car to the centre of town. Meadowhall is also close by (5mins) and easily accessed by walking ( 20mins) car, train or bus. There is space for parking on the roadside outside my house.

NB: Please be aware that once a timeframe has been agreed and monies given: That amount cannot be refunded. As the room has been booked out for a specific time frame. You will loose your deposit if you have to leave before the end of that time or not turned up at all.
