A compact and clean double room is available for single occupancy. Double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Sole use of own bathroom on different floor. Use of kitchen and dining area. Suitable for professionals working in film, TV in Roath Basin, Wolf Studios etc or someone who is looking to relocate to the area. Monday to Friday short term only. Broadband and shared kitchen. Nice quality Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels provided. On-street parking. I am used to hosting film and TV professionals. Very close to the Barrage, 20 minute walk to Roath Basin Studios over the Barrage. A lovely gastro pub is minutes away.
10 minute walk to the train station and bus stop for travel into Cardiff.
