I’m Anna and I have a room to rent in my house! I’m looking for a young professional to join me. Ideally someone sociable who likes dogs, as I have a little cocker spaniel called Meg.
The house in Cathays. It’s in a great location, close to town, Cathays train station, and both Roath and Bute Park.
The room has a double bed with under bed storage, a desk and large wardrobe.
The house has a shared bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and dining room. It also has a sunny back garden that gets lovely evening sun.
I have lived here for 4 months so I am still making changes to make the house extra cosy.
