Single/Double room available in a modern cosy female flat with shared bathroom, open plan living space and communal garden. 1st floor apartment situated down a cul-de-sac in the village of Yatton.

10 minute walk to train station, 8 mile drive to Bristol airport, 10 minute drive from M5 Junction 20 Clevedon and 20 mins to Bristol city centre.

Country walks, pubs and shops within walking distance.
Gyms within the village and nearby.
Clevedon Beach and Lake 5 minute drive.

Looking for someone who’s likeminded, dog friendly, independent, clean and tidy and treats as their own home not to just fill a spare room.

Briefly about me:
Myself and my cocker spaniel Rocco (who is never left in the flat and comes everywhere with me.. lock down pup life) are half based here and half based in the Lake District for work. A normal ish week for us from Sunday evening till Wednesday evening in the Lakes, Thursday and Fridays in the Somerset office, then some trade shows and store visits thrown in here and there.. I work quite a lot.
I’m friendly, chilled, very clean and tidy.. so is Rocco 🐶
Weekends for me are pretty chilled dog walking, running, seeing my nephews and nights in.
