Nestled in the charming village of Hewish, just outside Weston Super Mare, and a convenient 35-40 minute drive from Bristol City Centre. Our modern Farm House offers a unique blend of rural tranquility and easy city access. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with the added convenience of urban proximity, our farmhouse is an ideal choice.

About Us:
A lively and supportive group of four. Our household consists of loving, unique individuals . Our home radiates lighthearted warmth. We share our space with two friendly dogs who love outdoor life (so being a dog lover is essential!) and seven chickens that happily roam in their fenced-off garden area, providing fresh eggs and a bit of rustic charm.

The Room:
We have a beautifully converted downstairs double room available for rent . This room, measuring 13.6 x 9ft ", is fully integrated into the house yet offers a degree of privacy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The room is currently part-furnished, and we offer the flexibility to either fully furnish it at the lodger’s request or leave it to the lodger to furnish as they see fit. The room boasts immediate access to the kitchen and back door, two separate wall socket locations for your devices, and a view of the fields and driveway.

Internet: Enjoy fast and reliable Wi-Fi to keep you connected for work or leisure.
Laundry: On-site laundry facilities are available for your convenience.
Bathroom: The house features one shared bathroom and an additional toilet. Given the shared nature of the bathroom, we may need to coordinate schedules to ensure everyone's comfort.
Kitchen: Our kitchen, is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. We may need to arrange cooking hours to ensure everyone has ample time and space to prepare their meals.
Living Spaces: A large lounge that we rarely use, and a cozy snug room close to the kitchen where we spend most of our time.
Parking: Ample parking space is available.
Transport: A convenient bus stop is located just opposite our driveway for non-drivers.
Outdoor Space: Expansive garden and access to fields and the river yeo for delightful walks. It’s very relaxing peaceful retreat full of nature and wildlife to help recharge after a long day.
Lifestyle:
We value a peaceful and respectful living environment. Therefore, we prefer non-smokers and no drug users. Our home is pet-friendly, and we cherish warm-hearted, kind individuals who will appreciate our unique lifestyle. We are ideally looking for a female lodger to join our harmonious household. Being in a rural setting, it’s perfect for someone who enjoys nature and a serene environment.
