This has been renovated last year and is in a peaceful location just outside of central Bath, with shops, cafes and parks around. The room is half furnished and includes ample storage and cupboard space, but no bed or desk.
Location: The flat is located on Newbridge Road, nearby hiking paths and only a 3 minute walk from Chelsea Road with cute cafes and shops. You can reach the city centre in by foot im 30min via Victoria Park or a 10min bus ride. Connections via bus X39 to Bristol and the airport bus at the doorstep, and regional trains run from the nearby Oldfield Park station.
Bills: additional bills incl. gas, electric, wifi, council tax and water come to around £180 per person per month.
