I have a room available in a 5 bed flatshare. It's located just by the U2 bus stop in Lorne Road. Rent is £565pcm, and you would need to pay a months rent in advance and deposit if and when you secure the room. You'd be living with 4 other lovely lovely girls who are all doing an integrated masters (5th year) at the UOB, and they're all super friendly and easy going.
The tenancy lasts from August-July2025, and you would need to commit for the full tenancy.
The only criteria is that you're a student that you're a girl!
