Spacious double bedroom to let in Central Bath

Hi all,

Due to my current housemate leaving in an emergency, I have a double bedroom in my 2 bed flat available to rent with immediate effect.

It is a spacious, fully furnished room. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all fully furnished as we have been living in this place for almost 7 months now, and we have furnished it to a good standard. The flat is in a very nice area of Bath, away from the noise, but only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Since we are on top of a hill, the views from the living room are stunning.

I am ideally looking for a working professional, but happy to consider students. I would prefer to live with someone who is extremely tidy and someone I can be social with as I like to be good friends with my housemates.
